Confidentiality and Privacy Document  
As a member of the East Durham Community First Responders you are obliged to read and sign the following document which has been approved by the North East Ambulance Service.

1    No member shall at any time discuss or disclose any information which has been discussed at any meeting or event with anyone outside the group, unless with prior permission from the group.

2     Only information which has been agreed and minuted by the group in a meeting may be placed in the public domain. This includes web sites and discussion forums.

3     No member shall use any information gained whilst in the group for their own personal gain.

4     No member shall call themselves a First Responder unless they have passed the CRB check through the N.E.A.S. and completed the relevant training through the N.E.A.S. and kept that training up to date through the N.E.A.S. or the E.D.C.F.R.
 
5     Any member found in breach of these conditions will have their membership of the group terminated due to gross misconduct, following the ‘discipline and grievance’ procedure.
